Every week 2 songs will go head to head. The public will decide the winner and the victor will defend his or her crown every week until knocked off. Each week the winner will be featured on our site on the StreetNoize Presents page with the Bio, Pic and winning song of the reigning champion.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York is where Divine MC absorbed the essence of the hip-hop art form. Hip-hop has been a great influence in his life since the age of twelve. He felt strongly about poetry and music, therefore putting major efforts towards writing and creating his own music. If you think Divine MC is the typical rapper... think again! Every now and then, an artist breaks the surface of your complacency, rattles your beliefs and shakes up everything youâ??ve previously held true... and Divine MC is such an artist. Although his style was inspired by legendary emcees such as Rakim, Nas, and the late Big L, he eventually developed a unique craft, creating a formula that seem to perfectly fit his character. You canâ??t listen to his music without being affected by his brutal honesty, intensely personal, inward-focusing subject matters about the contrast between the light in our lives and the darkness that sometimes eclipses it.
